SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Made Items  
All pre-made items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Pre-Order Items  
Pre-order items are produced after purchase. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and an additional 1–2 weeks for shipping. This allows us to ensure every piece meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

Shipping Confirmation  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

- Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly.  
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping.
